I want to start a consulting business to help small businesses cut costs, how do I get customers?

I am a 6 Sigma Master Black Belt. 6 Sigma is a statistical methodology that focuses on making decisions based on data. I want to start a consulting business that helps small businesses cut their costs using 6 Sigma methodologies. What would be the best approach to letting small businesses find out about my services. I propose to charge based on a percentage of the 1st year’s savings to the client (ie 30%) of total savings. I am certified in Project Management and Training of 6 Sigma. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

   Utilice las personas que han trabajado en sus anteriores puestos de trabajo. Si usted tiene un 6 Sigma Master Cinturón Negro que han estado trabajando durante un tiempo. Sus colegas pueden ser de gran ayuda para conseguir que en sus empresas. Las relaciones son todo en este negocio, sobre todo porque son un consultor de una docena de centavo! (Tengo mucha experiencia en este ámbito!) Tenga paciencia y buena suerte!
